As a values-driven leader, creating this Values Wall and working with a 3D printer to design these Values Sighting Awards, this was one of my favorite creative projects to date. Pulling together a Values Committee to collaborate these Values Sightings as a monthly event has been a successful initiative to recognize those living our core values at Y Scouts.

One of my favorite initiatives to own was the Infusionsoft Leadership Academy. It is a 2-days full of ropes course and trust building, deep dive on our Leadership Model: Set the Vision, Multiply People and Deliver Results. Open sharing and collaboration in this forum created lasting connections and impact.
I had the honor of attending an intense Being a Leader training in Dubai. I attended to solve how to scale from 150 to 2000 leaders at Infusionsoft by 2030. The outcome for me was a transformation of self and inspiration to a new concept branded A Weekly Dose of Leadership. The format I designed is 15 minutes of learning a concept, then partnering to practice and discover the meaning for yourself. Over a year later, with 40-60 attendees weekly and great feedback and a high promoter score from our leaders, the format was proven successful. It has evolved into a Monthly Dose of Ownership with a new team at I-ology.
